Create and submit payment batches for vendors payments and employee reimbursements on a timely basis.
Payments and compliance of all Import [LC, A1 & A2 payments]. Tracking & closure of pending ORMs and BOEs
Co-ordinating with bankers for opening and amendments of foreign / domestic letter of credits (LC)
Review of Bank Guarantee format received from different stakeholders and ensuring timely opening of BG with the Bankers
Initiating all statutory payments like TDS, TCS, Employee Provident Fund, GST, etc
Reconciliation of bank statements and timely resolution and recording of discrepancies
Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts for the M+3 months to ensure effective liquidity management.
Managing relationships with banks
