Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lonavala for an Assistant Manager Training. The Assistant Manager Training will be responsible for supervising staff, developing and implementing training programs, conducting training sessions, and ensuring high-quality customer service. The role involves daily interaction with team members to enhance their skills and performance while maintaining a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and Team Leadership
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Experience in Training & Development and Conducting Training Sessions
• Strong Customer Service Skills and Customer-Centric Approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Management, or a related field
• Experience in the hospitality or eco-resort industry is a plus
