Job Role:

We are seeking a Assistant Manager - Training (Facility Management) in Bangalore to drive training of staff on housekeeping process. This role requires candidate with multi-lingual skills and confident personality.1) Train staff on housekeeping procedures and processes.2) Train staff on best practices, productivity improvement, and customer satisfaction.3) Liaise with Operations, HR, and Client Teams to ensure alignment on manpower development goals. 4) Maintain training MIS, attendance, feedback, and assessment records.5) Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, etc.) to ensure seamless delivery of training.6) Stay up-to-date with industry trends.7) Update the training material regularly.

Required Key Skills / Desired Experience:

01) Educational Qualification: Any graduate degree; MBA is a plus. 02) Work Experience: Minimum 7 to 9 Years of training experience in IFMS, Manpower or related industries.03) Prior experience in training staff in a facility management company would be advantageous.04) Notice Period: Candidates who can join immediately or in 10 or 15 days would be considered favorably.05) Salary Range: Rs. 6.0 to 8.0 Lacs Per Annum.06) Communication and Languages: Candidate must have good communication in both English and Kannada. Knowledge of additional regional languages would be a plus.07) Willingness to travel extensively within Bangalore.08) Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.09) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
