Assistant Manager- Trainer

As a Training Manager in Gurgaon, your role will involve collaborating with management to identify company training needs and scheduling appropriate training sessions. You will be responsible for planning and implementing an effective training curriculum, including refresher sessions, on-the-job training, individual training sessions, quality audits, and managing QA. Additionally, you will supervise training budgets, prepare training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations, and train and guide new employees. It will also be your responsibility to develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing their job responsibilities according to the training provided. Qualifications required for this role include being a graduate in any stream with impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a teaching position is necessary, along with solid knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques. Excellent time management and organizational skills are essential. Having insurance experience will be an advantage.
