Assistant Manager-Trainer

As a Training Specialist in Gurgaon, your role will involve collaborating with management to identify company training needs and scheduling appropriate training sessions. You will be responsible for planning and implementing an effective training curriculum, including refresher, on-the-job training, individual training sessions, quality audits, and managing QA. Additionally, you will supervise training budgets and prepare training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations. Your role will also involve training and guiding new employees and developing monitoring systems to ensure all employees are performing their job responsibilities according to training.
