Job Description

You will be responsible for completing engineering releases for new or revised Ignition Products, developing and revising Process FMEAs, maintaining process standards, designing and implementing projects to enhance process technology, and supporting the APQP/product launch management process. Additionally, you will collaborate with the global team to meet customer requirements. - Complete engineering releases for new or revised Ignition Products including process specifications, tooling, and tool charts. - Review and process Manufacturing/Engineering Documentation Requests (MEDR). - Directly support the APQP/product launch management process. - Develop and revise Process FMEAs. - Maintain current process standards and develop new standards for emerging process technology. - Design, develop, and implement projects to enhance existing process technology to improve efficiency, quality, and reduce manufacturing costs. - Take necessary actions to prevent non-conformities and stop work on non-conforming suspect products until issues are corrected. - Work with the global team to fulfill customer requirements. Qualifications Required: - Graduate or above in Mechanical & Mechatronics. - Experience of 5-8 years in mastering the design and manufacture of fixtures and tooling. - Proficiency in industrial automation devices, PLC control assembly equipment. - Good judgment and operational abilities. - English communication skills. - Ability to read 3D mechanics drawings. - Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, hard-working spirit, and quick response capabilities.,
