Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategizing and execution of plans for operationalising a 365*24*7 Online global technical support system. Design, Implement and Monitor an SLA based online ticketing based tech support system which will ensure customer delight. Overseeing pre-sale and post-sale activities and ensuring that quality standards are met in line with the SLA’s. Introduction and Implementation of technical support best practices. Handle critical issues of customers by proper hand holding and guiding of resources. Strategizing and execution of plans for generation of revenue from Projects, Training & Subscription. Responsible for timely Payment collection. Nurture and grow new & repeat business and cross selling opportunities by maintaining good customer relationships. Building, training and maintaining a strong and responsive pre-sale and post-sale technical teams. Conduct calendar based training and re-training programmes for technical and other resources. Ensure Self & Team’s E-Learning and certification completion in line with Dassault Systemes certification calendar. Monitoring post sale Installation, Training and Signoff from the Customers. Actively co-ordinate and ensure technical team’s support to the Digital Marketing Team by ensuring timely supply of proper and qualitative technical content for use by them in the form of Technical Articles, Case Studies, Blogs, News Letters & Product promotional mails. Co-ordinate preparation of qualitative and educational technical presentations which can be used by the teams for Webinars and podcasts. Generation of video content which demonstrates new product features and Issue based solutions for customers. E-learning and obtainment of certification(s) commensurate to their position and in line with the Dassault Systeme calendar is a must. * ELIGIBILITY / JOB REQUIREMENTS: The ideal candidate for the above position shall: · Possess B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronics or Electrical or any other branch of Engineering educational qualification. · Possess a Total of 5 Years of Design/ Quality Experience. · Possess good communication and written skills in English Language. · Should be highly self-motivated, aggressive and possess pleasing attitude. · Should have passion to meet the customers, have good inter-personal skills to convince the customers and be sales oriented in approach.
