Job Description

Job Purpose:

To support the planning, execution, and monitoring of civil engineering and infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

Assist in the preparation of project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants for timely execution of civil works. Monitor daily progress and ensure adherence to project timelines.

Site Supervision:

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards. Resolve technical issues and escalate critical concerns to senior management.

Documentation & Compliance:

Maintain project documentation including drawings, reports, and approvals. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, environmental norms, and company policies.

Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination:

Liaise with procurement and finance teams for material and service approvals. Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for smooth project execution.

Quality & Safety Assurance:

Implement quality control procedures and safety protocols at project sites. Conduct audits and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or similar studies.
46 years of experience in civil construction and project management.
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD.
Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.

Skills Required:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
Team player with leadership potential.
