Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for identifying, investigating, and resolving user/client technical problems.
Responsible for understanding customer requirements and preparing suitable technical solutions/presentations.
Responsible for providing POC (Proof of Concept).
Responsible for installation, configuration, and execution of work within specified time with the team.
Responsible for adequate support of warranty / post-warranty calls.
Responsible for follow-up of RMA issues with respective OEMs.
Responsible for preparing all technical documents related to any tender & project/implementation.
Responsible for periodic reporting and effective communication.
Responsible for onsite technical support to customers across all locations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

* Graduate in Engineering or a related discipline.
* Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCIP, or NGFW (from any reputed OEM) are mandatory.

L3 switching, L3 routing, NGFW, Core L3 switch and router configuration, SD-LAN/SD-WAN, VRRP, and BGP
