Job Description Summary

This role is responsible for independently managing clients and finalization of valuation reports, efficiently managing a team that is undertaking valuation, including site inspection of Assets for loans (home loans / mortgages).

Job Description

About the Role:

Responsible for finalization of Valuation Reports
Reviewing the site and comparable information for deriving the market value of the properties.
End to end responsibility of client management. Interacting with the clients and managing the internal & external stakeholders
Periodical training and review of the teams performance

About You:

Excellent Communication Skills as well as negotiation power
Team handling experience is a must
Sound knowledge of the citys Real Estate Market
Immediate Joiners are preferred.
5 years and above experience in Valuations
Diploma / B.E Civil Engineering
