Assistant Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced academic Manager. The Manager will be responsible for academic leadership, faculty development, departmental administration, and promoting excellence in teaching, research, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and manage day-to-day operations of the department.
• Ensure academic excellence through curriculum development and quality teaching.
• Mentor and support faculty in teaching, research, and professional development.
• Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the department.
• Manage departmental budgets, timetables, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate accreditation, assessments, and reporting requirements.
• Represent the department in institutional committees and meetings.

Qualifications

Proven track record of academic contributions.

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in academic administration.

Knowledge of accreditation and quality assurance processes.

Industry collaboration or consultancy experience is an asset.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
