Job Description

Role & responsibilities Assist in executing recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, following up with interviewers and candidates, and managing the offer rollout process. Maintain active communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience. Coordinate pre-joining formalities and documentation. Ensure smooth onboarding and handover to relevant departments. Support the Management in manpower forecasting and planning activities. Track hiring status against approved manpower budgets. Maintain and update HR recruitment budget trackers. Ensure adherence to allocated budgets for hiring and HR activities. Assist in reviewing and updating job descriptions periodically. Help in implementing changes to the organization structure when required. Preferred candidate profile MBA in HR Experience more than 6 years in Recruitments Perks and benefits
