Assistant Manager - Surveillance and Investigation

As an Assistant Manager - Surveillance and Investigation, your role involves handling day-to-day activities related to Surveillance & investigation of Equity, Equity F&O, and Currency Derivatives segments. Your responsibilities include ensuring data integrity, Regulatory compliance, timely submission of Regulatory reports, addressing ad hoc queries raised by Regulator and MIS. Your key responsibilities will include: - Analyzing and evaluating alerts from depositories, surveillance system, and scrips referred by SEBI. - Checking ad hoc MIS for senior management. - Computation of monthly penalties and resolving queries from members related to quarterly shareholding disclosure of securities. - Issuing circulars accurately on the website and drafting circulars to disseminate SEBI's directions. - Making necessary updates in the system for debarred entities and sending letters to concerned members and emails to relevant departments. - Evaluating and analyzing alerts sent by surveillance, depositories, or scrips referred by SEBI and preparing closure reports. - Handling queries, preparing reports during SEBI inspection, and quarterly disclosures. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience: - Knowledge of Capital and Currency Market, Exchange, and SEBI compliance. - Proficiency in MS Excel, Business analysis tools, etc. - Ability to draft letters and effectively communicate with market participants. - NISM certifications would be preferred. - Background in the Exchange industry would be advantageous. The qualification required for this position is a B.com/M.com/MBA, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.,
