Assistant Manager - Supply Finance Business Partner

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage month end closing activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
  
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions through data-driven analytics.
  
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and other reports.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and implement process improvements.
  
• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure effective communication.

• Qualification -:

  CA-inter /MBA(Finance)/CMA

• Experience:

  2+ years post qualifications experience in similar background

• • Knowledge & skills:

o Excellent Analytical skills

o An eye for accuracy and detail

o Able to manage financial control systems and processes and units financial data

o Knowledge of Indian Accounting & Tax and its application to the USL Group

o High level of professionalism, integrity and commitment

o Ability to analyses complex data, draw connections and advocate a coherent strategy for improvement

o Decision Making skills o Good oral and written communication skills
