• Machine

  Operation:

  Operate assigned equipment as per SOPs; ensure smooth, continuous line running.

• Line

  Readiness:

  Conduct start-up and shut-down checks and inspect machine surfaces.

• SOP

  Compliance:

  Follow standard work instructions for changeovers, hygiene, and line clearance.

• Troubleshooting:

  Identify basic faults and support maintenance team in quick resolution.

  Visual Management:

  Maintain a clean, organized, and visual workplace area at all times.

• Safety Hygiene:

  Use PPE, follow LOTO and fire safety practices, and report near misses.

  Check for defects underfill, mislabel, foreign particles and take action.

• Shift

  Handover:

  Communicate key machine status, stoppages, and losses effectively.

• Continuous Improvement:

  Participate in Kaizen, RCA, and autonomous maintenance activities.
