ABOUT THE ROLE As a part of the sourcing team, you will be responsible for hiring Instructors to deliver our programs. You will handle the full cycle of recruitment( from sourcing to onboarding) RESPONSIBILITIES In this role, you will: Coordinate with Faculty Alignment team to understand the hiring requirements Handle the full cycle of recruitment Source potential candidates through online portals Do the initial screening and schedule the demos Schedule technical interviews Foster relationships with past applicants QUALIFICATIONS: You are a great candidate for this role is you have: Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent acquisition roles Excellent Knowledge of social media and online job portals Excellent communication skills
