Open Positions:

• Assistant Manager - 7+ years of experience
• Senior Engineer - 5+ years of experience

Responsibilities:

• Production & Output Responsibility:

  Ensure high-quality production output and yield while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Solar/Chemical Industry/ Mechanical Experience:

  Prior experience in solar cell manufacturing or the chemical industry is highly preferred.

• Process & Continuous Improvement:

  Initiate and implement projects aimed at improving yield, reducing costs, and optimizing production processes.

• Engineering & Trials Management:

  Handle engineering changes, production trials, model changes, and pilot builds efficiently.

• Technical & Analytical Skills:

  Possess strong mathematical, technical, and basic computer skills.

• Quality Assurance:

  Develop and enforce quality control measures to ensure products meet desired standards and meet internal/external audit requirements.

• Multitasking & Flexibility:

  Be adaptable and capable of handling multiple projects or tasks simultaneously.

• Knowledge & Documentation:

  Understand cell manufacturing procedures and contribute to developing SOPs, operating instructions, and documentation standards.

• Manpower management & Communication:

  Exhibit excellent communication skills and effectively guide or lead team members.

• Safety & Compliance:

  Maintain safe work practices, comply with chemical/gas safety procedures, clean room protocols, ISO standards, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

• Full Time B. Tech /Diploma (Electronics/Mechanical/Chemical)
