Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
  • Develop and execute content calendars and campaigns to drive engagement and follower growth.
  • Collaborate with creative and design teams to deliver compelling content.
  • Track and report KPIs such as engagement rate, follower growth, reach, etc.
  • Manage social media ad budgets and ensure optimal campaign performance.
  • Engage with community (comments, messages, tags, etc.) to build strong brand presence.
  • Stay updated with latest social media trends and algorithm changes.

Requirements

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in social media management.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong visual and copywriting sensibility.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
