Job Overview: We are hiring a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals. Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Manage social media calendar and schedule posts to maximize reach and engagement. Monitor social media performance and analyze key metrics to optimize content. Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms. Collaborate with the graphic design and video editing teams to create cohesive content. Keep up with the latest social media trends and platform updates. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3–6 years of experience in social media management Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices. Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer). Excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
