Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • The Account Delivery Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and ensuring smooth delivery of employee transportation services for enterprise clients.
  • This role serves as the primary contact for key accounts, managing client relationships, resolving service issues, and conducting regular reviews to track performance against SLAs and KPIs.
  • The manager will lead a team of account executives and site supervisors to oversee daily operations, vehicle deployment, and driver management across client locations.
  • Close coordination with the Supply, Quality, and Sales teams is essential to align resources, improve service standards, and support business expansion.
  • The role also includes monitoring operational costs to maintain profitability, ensuring compliance with company policies and contractual requirements, and maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.
  • Strong skills in client management, team leadership, operational execution, and commercial acumen in the employee transportation domain are critical for success.

Functional Skills

  • Drive Revenue Growth

    : Grow revenue and wallet share within existing client sites.
  • Own Client Relationships:

    Act as the main contact for key client accounts.
  • Ensure Service Delivery:

    Oversee daily operations to meet SLAs and KPIs.
  • Team Leadership:

    Manage and motivate account executives and supervisors.
  • Performance Monitoring:

    Track and report operational metrics regularly.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination:

    Align with Supply, Quality, and Sales teams for smooth delivery.
  • Client Reviews & Reporting:

    Lead periodic performance reviews with clients.
  • Escalation Management:

    Resolve client and operational escalations promptly.
  • Cost Management:

    Monitor operational costs to maintain profitability and efficiency.
  • Compliance & Documentation:

    Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to policies.

Preferred candidate profile

  • The ideal candidate is an experienced operations and account management professional with a proven track record in delivering services to enterprise clients.
  • They have 58 years of experience managing large accounts, preferably in logistics, employee transportation, facility management, or a related service industry.
  • They are skilled at leading teams of supervisors and field staff, driving revenue growth within existing accounts, and ensuring high standards of service delivery.
  • This person is comfortable owning client relationships end to end, conducting performance reviews, and resolving escalations promptly.
  • They bring strong commercial awareness, understanding how to balance cost control with service quality.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills are essential. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
