Role Overview: As an Assistant Manager, Service Delivery at ReSource Pro, you will lead and manage internal delivery teams to address incidents, problems, and operational issues impacting clients. Your main responsibilities will include driving teams to resolve problems, conducting root cause analysis, and ensuring client satisfaction, work quality, and efficiency meet current and future business needs. You will supervise Service Delivery Supervisors and client teams to establish and maintain a motivated and skilled service delivery workforce.
