Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager - Security to join our team at Hilton. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Oversee the security team to ensure effective protection of hotel premises and guests.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive security protocols to prevent incidents and maintain a safe environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of security measures.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
  • Train and guide staff on security procedures and best practices.
  • Respond promptly to security breaches or incidents, ensuring minimal impact on hotel operations.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in security management within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of security principles, laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in emergencies.
  • Familiarity with access control systems, CCTV cameras, and alarm response procedures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
