Assistant Manager - Screen Printing

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineer Screen Printing Machines to lead the development, optimization, and process innovation of screen printing oprarions within our production environment. The candidate will provide deep technical knowledge on screen printing technology, drive process improvements, support equipment selection, and ensure world-class printing performance across products and substrates

Requirement:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, Printing Technology, or related field
• 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience with screen printing machines and processes in a manufacturing environment
• In-depth knowledge of screen printing processes including mesh selection, tensioning, emulsion/coating, squeegee design, and ink formulation
• Proficiency with screen printing equipment from brands like DEK, MPM, ATMA, EKRA, or similar
• Familiarity with automation systems, PLCs, and servo-driven printing platforms

Key Responsibilities:

•Develop and refine printing parameters, stencil/screen design, ink selection, and curing processes for new and existing products

•Provide technical leadership in solving complex printing issues related to calibration, alignment, ink flow, and adhesion

•Drive development and qualification of new screen machine machines

•Evaluate and implement new screen printing technologies, equipment, inks, stencils, squeegees, mesh, and automation systems to enhance process capabilities

•Work closely with suppliers and OEMs to support machine upgrades, troubleshooting, and process integration

•Collaborate with suppliers and equipment OEMs to assess capabilities, perform trials, and implement best practices

•Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovations in screen printing

•Define and document technical standards, operating procedures, and training materials
