Manages demand for customer driving the SIOP
Ensure Accuracy of customer demand information, Interfacing with customers
Identify any issue with customer demand and take action to resolve
Should have skill to handle the customers during the crises
Maintain the customer delivery Rating 100%
Should have good communication with customer regarding deliveries / Order status
Delivery Disposition /customers Logistics Audit /Agreements /Customer Portal/customer logistics requirement
Knowledge of Customer Account receivable /Ontime collection of customer payment as per due date
Person should have knowledge in SAP/Microsoft Outlook/PowerPoint/Ms word /Ms Excel/Pivot table etc.
Should have knowledge of logistics transport handling /Day today interaction with transporter
Good communication skills
Language : Fluent in English & Hindi
Knowledge of IATF16949 and its Document
Should have good Knowledge of Inventory management
Knowledge of Manpower handling
Should have knowledge of Central Excise/GST /Invoicing etc
