Job Description

A. Job Responsibilities:

Assist in achieving overall sales targets for MWF/(Coolants, Cutting Oils, etc.) products.
Support in identifying and monitoring key customers for MWF products.
Assist in coordinating with R&D for the development of potential products.
Participate in technical meetings with customers and assist in presentations.
Assist in addressing critical distributor issues.
Participate in regular sales review meetings with distributors and engineers.
Assist in identifying knowledge gaps within the team and contribute to developing plans for filling

them.

Support in developing business plans and strategies to achieve sales goals.
Take corrective action as necessary to ensure target sales are achieved.
Provide technical backup to the sales team as needed.

B. Skills and Qualifications:

5-10 years of relevant sales experience in the MWF/(Coolants, Cutting Oils, etc.) products.
Basic knowledge of sales principles and practices, with a willingness to learn and grow in this area.
Analytical and quantitative skills are preferred.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Problem-solving skills, ability to work in a deadline-driven environment, attention to detail, and

multitasking abilities.

Goal-oriented mindset.
BE/MSc in Chemical/Chemistry or any relevant Engineering degree, or MBA in Sales & Marketing.
