Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our thriving real estate team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the real estate market, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales. This role involves overseeing the sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and driving growth in our real estate business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Generate leads through field activities, market visits, referrals and networking.
  • Monitoring and updating CRM daily through the sales team.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive growth and market share.
  • Conduct Site visits, explain project features, pricing and benefits to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Coordinating with the digital team to conduct WhatsApp, SMS, email, and other campaigns.
  • Coordinating with the product promotion team to regularly participate in property shows.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up dated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Answering customer queries and inquiries.
  • Preparing and sending cost sheets and payment schedules.
  • Managing the sales process with a specific ERP.
  • Keeping a CRM database up-to-date.
  • Achieving sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Participating in sales review team meetings.
  • Adhering to the company policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with the marketing, finance, and operation steams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Maintain monthly, quarterly and half-yearly sales reports.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Guiding field sales executives to achieve their targets.
  • Checking OOH media and reporting to the media manager if it is not found to be on proper display.
  • Administering the attendance of sales team.
  • Keeps himself well informed about the competitors specifically in the radius of 5 kms located from his site location.
  • Ensures sales team are well dressed and behave courtesy with customers.
  • Ensures cancellations are replaced with fresh booking within 90 120 days from the date of booking.
  • Is accountable for the sales team achieving their monthly targets and earn their incentives.

Required Skills & Qualification:

  • Any Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA in Sales/ Marketing preferred)
  • Female Candidates are preferred
  • 10-15 years experience in real estate sales
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of the real estate market and sales processes.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
  • Ability to work in a target driven environment.
