Assistant Manager Sales Marketing

The ideal candidate for this position will have hands-on experience in handling Industrial enquiries related to Coal Grinding Plants in the Power & Steel Industry. You should be capable of independently managing customer meetings, preparing proposals, estimations, negotiating commercial terms, and conditions with customers. Success in this role will involve demonstrating a proactive attitude towards taking responsibilities, meeting set targets, and addressing new customer requirements. It is essential to establish sustainable relationships with both existing and new customers. Candidates with additional knowledge of material handling systems will be given preference for this position. Qualifications include a B.Tech/BE degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering with approximately 7 to 10 years of relevant experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effective interaction with customers. The ability to handle tenders hands-on is a key requirement for this role.,
