Job Description

As a Sales Executive at Cyber Media Research in Bangalore, your main responsibility will be to achieve assigned sales targets and sales operating plan objectives. This includes prospecting new accounts, developing and maintaining client rapport in existing accounts, and identifying clients" requirements for Cyber Media Research services such as market intelligence, market research, and GTM services. You will be required to match clients" requirements to the existing offerings of CMR via quotations and proposals, as well as sign orders for CMR services. Resolving clients" problems and issues with the support of research teams, ensuring the receipt of deliverables, and conducting routine calls to ensure client satisfaction and effective account management will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for sales process documentation and adherence, as well as feedback collection to continuously improve the sales strategies and services offered by Cyber Media Research.
