The Team Lead - Client Acquisition will be responsible for driving the acquisition of new clients, managing a team of acquisition executives, and ensuring monthly and quarterly sales targets are met. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of B2B sales dynamics and experience in managing and motivating a high-performance team. Role & responsibilities Lead Client Acquisition Efforts: Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand market share within the assigned region. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and sectors for expansion. Team Management: Train, and manage a team of Client Acquisition Executives. Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement strategies to achieve performance targets. Achieve Sales Targets: Take ownership of achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Design and implement metrics to assess and improve acquisition processes and conversion rates. Client Relationship Management: Maintain and enhance relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, offering tailored solutions that align with IndiaMARTs product offerings. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Coordinate with marketing, product, and technology teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients. Provide feedback from clients to relevant teams for product improvements and service enhancements. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management on team performance and market trends. Preferred candidate profile Masters degree in Business Administration preferrable 2+ years of experience in client acquisition or B2B sales, preferably in a leadership role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
