Job Description What are the Key Deliverables in this role ? Financial Outcomes Standardize and streamline Distributor onboarding processes, employing advanced tools for efficient Database (DB) onboarding and agreement documentation. Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations and maintain accurate records. Enhance Customer Statement standardization through automated processes for accuracy and timely delivery. Handle Full and Final (F&F) settlements, ensuring completeness and adherence to policies. Provide regular updates on NACH (National Automated Clearing House) and Channel Financing status Implement modern tools for the calculation and verification of Non- Distributor Management System claims. Customer Service Streamline the collection and review of Non-Delivery Challan (NDC) from distributors, ensuring a standardized and efficient process. Coordinate with distributors for Credit Limit (CL) extension and oversee credit uploads. Oversee Retailer Credit Note (CN) uploads and manage primary discounts, Liquidation (LIQ), and Self-Lifting Discount processes. Address queries related to Credit Notes (CN) and Debit Notes (DN) from Distributors and Sales Team through streamlined communication channels. Internal Processes Emphasize standardization in handling Travel & Expense (T&E) reporting for branch overheads. Facilitate NACH onboarding and coordinate Channel Financing onboarding for distributors. Implement efficient processes for the collection of expired stock from distributors, ensuring a standardized and streamlined approach. Collaborate with the Quality and Logistics teams to facilitate the timely collection of expired stock. Ensure timely settlement of credit notes for expired stock collected from distributors. Innovation and Learning Cross Functional interactions with Sales Team, Digital Team, Tax Team, Shared service Team to drive standardization and digitalization of process. What are the Critical success factors for the Role ? Qualification BCOM / MBA Finance / CIMA 5-7 Years of experience in handling Finance & Accounts ; having an FMCG & Commercial Finance preferred What are the Desirable success factors for the Role ? Individual Contributor, ability to take initiative and drive projects. Good Communication & influencing Skills. Experience of working on SAP
