Magnic Technologies Pvt Ltd manufactures Ferrous Particle Detectors for the gold jewelry industry. Our flagship product, the world’s first of its kind, solves major issues in gold jewelry manufacturing by precisely scanning and detecting the smallest iron particles hidden in gold jewelry, which cannot be seen by the naked eye or a magnet. Recognized by the Government of India for innovation and excellence, our product is utilized by leading gold jewelry manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers to ensure defect-free gold jewelry is delivered to customers, maintaining the retailer’s reputation for quality.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Sales and Support at our Coimbatore location. The Assistant Manager will handle day-to-day sales operations, provide customer support, maintain client relationships, and assist in developing sales strategies. Additional responsibilities include managing sales reports, training sales staff, troubleshooting technical issues with the product, and coordinating with the product development team.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales and Customer Support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Technical troubleshooting abilities
  • Experience in client relationship management
  • Ability to generate and analyze sales reports
  • Knowledge of the gold jewelry manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
