CNC / VMC Machine Operator

Role Overview: You will be a CNC VMC Machine Operator at Magnic Technologies Pvt Ltd in Coimbatore, responsible for operating CNC machines with a focus on Fanuc control systems. Your role will require technical precision and keen attention to detail to ensure high-quality machinery output. Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently operate CNC VMC machines to meet production schedules and maintain quality standards. - Perform tool setup, calibration, and inspection to achieve desired outcomes in manufacturing processes. - Interpret engineering blueprints and translate them into machine operations. - Develop and modify G-code programs to enhance productivity and machine capabilities. - Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshoot CNC machinery issues, and ensure compliance with safety protocols. - Collaborate with the quality assurance team for product inspections and improvements. - Report operational and technical issues to the engineering and management team for resolution. Qualification Required: - Proficiency in CNC machine operation, with a strong focus on Fanuc control systems. - Experience in tool setup and calibration for optimal machine performance. - Ability to program using G-code for precise machinery operations. - Familiarity with Siemens CNC controls and CAM software proficiency. - Competence in reading and interpreting blueprints and quality inspection techniques. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to identify machine malfunctions.
