Job Description

We are looking for an experienced sales and marketing manager to increase our global market share, improve international profits, and create methodical procedures and ideas to attract and persuade international clients. The Candidate should possess demonstrated experience in mineral marketing and export, coupled with a deep understanding of mineral processing and a strong grasp of both domestic and international markets for Talc, China clay, Ball clay, Calcite, and Mica . This role requires the ability to create strategic initiatives to attract and engage international clients while effectively inspiring and leading the sales team to achieve ambitious goals.


You will be in charge of developing marketing strategies for products so that they meet international requirements. To make our plans of action influential on a global level, you will be analysing the market and the competitors to develop campaigns that cater to the target audience. You will also be reporting to higher marketing management on a daily basis.

Our ideal candidate is comfortable making impactful decisions and has outstanding verbal skills, since this position requires a highly professional level of business communication with international customers.

The sales and marketing manager may also be tasked with overseeing other aspects of the company’s international operations. This might include things like coordinating logistics, establishing partnerships with local suppliers or distributors, or even handling customer service issues that arise in foreign countries.

  • Designing and implementing all export strategies
  • Talc market intelligence (market intelligence and competitive intelligence)
  • To define the marketing and sales strategy to generate top line
  • Revenue and operational plans are duly synchronized with the organisation's strategy.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones Supervising the work of sales staff
  • Preparing an effective business plan for all projects to achieve the desired target
  • Monitoring all sales transactions and reviewing all customer responses for all orders and payments
  • Part of the experience should be in the B2B space.
  • Identifying new markets and finding ways to promote them
  • Maintaining a good customer relationship with the staff members
  • Resolving the queries of customers related to exports and expenses
  • Good understanding of sales and marketing strategies
  • Well-developed communicational skills and a customer orientation
  • Knowledge about budget management, international trade, and taxes
  • Ability to easily comprehend and organise shipment processes
  • To coordinate with other HODs for the smooth functioning of sales and marketing.



Professional Qualification and Experience: MBA in Marketing from a premier institute with a minimum of 10–15 years of relevant experience. Senior management experience with overall sales and marketing responsibility and strategic management and business development skills in a multinational industrial mineral organisation Serving the polymer, paint, cosmetics, paper, and ceramic industries
