Assistant Manager - Sales Analyst

Responsibilities

• Promo Data Management: Ingest promotion data into Pepsico's internal systems and customer portals for trade and demand planning.
• Contract Management: Oversee end-to-end contract processes between Pepsico and retailers for upcoming promotions.
• Trade Promotion Maintenance: Update TPM events, deal sheets, and new item maintenance based on retailer discussions and price adjustments.
• Invoice Analysis & Trade Spend Management: Analyze invoices, segment breakdowns, and ensure proper closure of tactics post-payment while managing trade spend for respective accounts.
• Risk & Opportunity Communication: Provide insights to Sales, Finance, and Control teams regarding potential risks and opportunities.
• Pricing Validation: Verify tactic pricing against pricing grids to identify discrepancies in accruals and invoices.
• Vendor Funding & Payment Tracking: Monitor and track payments and funding for vendors.Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, including Sales, Finance, and Control, ensuring seamless collaboration, timely issue resolution, and alignment on trade promotion objectives.
• Data Accuracy & Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate payment data delivery in alignment with SLAs.
• This role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, attention to detail, and effective communication to drive efficiency in trade promotion management.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Operations Finance/Sales (for L4)
• Bachelor's in commerce/business administration/marketing or Finance, Master's degree is a plus
• Prior Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company experience preferred
• Analytical Skills: Good data skills and ability work through large data sets
• Communication: Strong communication skills and collaboration skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
• Proactive, responsive and results driven
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Good to have PowerBI/Python/UIPath
• Excel is must
