Architect- AI Ops Specialist - Cloud

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the AIOps strategy for cloud operations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of IT operations.
• Solution Design: Architect and design AIOps solutions that leverage machine learning, data analytics, and automation to optimize cloud operations.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of engineers and data scientists in the development and deployment of AIOps solutions.
• Implementation: Oversee the implementation of AIOps tools and technologies, ensuring seamless integration with existing cloud infrastructure.
• Monitoring and Optimization: Continuously monitor the performance of AIOps solutions and make necessary adjustments to improve their efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT operations, development, and security, to ensure alignment and integration of AIOps initiatives.
• Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AIOps and cloud technologies, and continuously explore innovative solutions to enhance our operations.
• Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and provide insights on the performance and impact of AIOps solutions, presenting findings to senior management.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure that AIOps solutions comply with industry standards and best practices, including security and data privacy regulations.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 8 years of experience in IT operations, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role focused on cloud technologies and AI/ML solutions.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and AIOps tools (Moogsoft, Splunk, Dynatrace).
• Leadership Abilities: Proven track record of leading and mentoring technical teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
