Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Support the Delivery team with their daily operations, ensuring efficiency and controls through optimization of reports, dashboards, security, and integrations (EIBs)

Ensure data integrity and optimization of processes within project and hierarchy structure
Maintain documentation to support training, knowledge transfer, and change management procedures using established SDLC practices
Participate in biweekly sprint meetings utilizing agile methodology to implement new or enhanced Workday PSA functionality
Serve as a subject matter expert on current and upcoming Workday PSA roadmap capabilities
Participate in scheduled and ad-hoc demos and UAT sessions to confirm accuracy of deliverables
Evaluate releases and functionality to identify opportunities to improve and optimize the use Workday PSA
Support key integrations and EIBs
Collaborate across the business to understand requirements from Delivery stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in business, project management, computer science, or information systems
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Workday PSA administration, configuration, support, and maintenance
In lieu of PSA experience, a minimum of 4 years of experience in Workday Financials administration, configuration, support, and maintenance may be considered
A strong understanding of project and engagement management
