Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Achieve the target and Payment collection Weekly, Monthly and quarterly as per the annual target
  • Responsible for increase the product market share in the region
  • Responsible for collection of due and advance payment in time
  • Responsible for total customer satisfaction including post sale .
  • Responsible for Product feasibility and analysis for the assigned product
  • Responsible for evaluating market Potential / competitor study for assigned product.
  • Visit customer site, identify areas of concern, Execute key customer strategies at regional level in order to ensure high degree of repeat business and continuity of business
  • Develop pricing policies, including volume discounts and terms and conditions, for high-profile customers and channel partners.
  • Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc.
  • Display efficiency in gathering market and customer info to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery and customer specifications to their managers.
  • Review their own performance and aim at exceeding their targets.
  • Provide accurate feedback on future buying trends to their respective employers.

Preferred candidate profile

  • At least 3 years experience in sales to the construction industry
  • Self starter with good knowledge of industry.
  • Should be able to identify growth areas and be able to generate business on his own
  • Willing to travel extensively to sites to sell equipment.
  • Recruit Train and motivate his team.
  • Energetic & Focused
  • Methodical approach
  • Strong leadership qualities with excellent team management abilities.
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Techno Commercial competence. Ability to understand requirements of customers to liaise with banks for loan approvals
  • Hands-on , Should be able to suggest and implement methods to solve customer problems at site
  • Age around 25 -35 years
