As an Assistant Manager | Safety at our company in Chennai & Ahmedabad, you will play a crucial role in driving safety, compliance, and operational excellence across multiple sites. With your 5+ years of experience and certifications in ADIS, IOSH, and NEBOSH IGC, you will bring a hands-on approach to risk management, policy implementation, and team leadership. Your focus will be on enhancing workplace safety, reducing incidents, and ensuring regulatory compliance to create a safe working environment for all. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct safety management and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures. - Perform compliance audits regularly to ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies. - Lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and compliance. - Manage operations across multiple sites, overseeing projects and ensuring safety standards are met.
