Job Description : PL Channel Growth: o Drive growth across owned retention channels (email, SMS, push notifications, in-app, etc.) with a 360-degree approach that balances strategy and execution. o Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns to achieve channel-specific KPIs like revenue, CTR, and conversions. Tech Initiatives: o Own and manage key tech initiatives for retention marketing, ensuring the integration and adoption of tools and technologies that enhance campaign effectiveness. o Collaborate with the tech team to ensure seamless implementation and functionality. In-App Channels: o Oversee in-app communication channels, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer journey. o Leverage the latest industry trends and insights to continuously enhance in-app features and experiences. Revenue & BI Initiatives: o Lead revenue-building and business intelligence initiatives to generate incremental revenue and boost visits to the platform. o Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights to improve campaign performance. Event Calendar & Properties: o Manage the retention marketing event calendar, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals.
