Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and secure government & institutional projects for Architectural products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, government departments, and consultants.
  • Map upcoming projects and ensure inclusion in specifications & tender processes.
  • Drive sales from lead generation to closure for large-scale institutional projects.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients in line with company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for timely execution and delivery of projects.
  • Track competitors, market trends, and government procurement patterns.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth in the project segment.

Requirements:

  • Any Graduate,. MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in project sales, specifically handling

    government and institutional projects

    (construction/building materials/architectural hardware industry preferred).
  • Strong network with architects, consultants, and government procurement agencies.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven with the ability to manage end-to-end project sales cycle.
