Role & responsibilities Identify and approach potential customers to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline. Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and suitability for solar installations Present and promote solar energy solutions tailored to the customers requirements. Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations. Negotiate terms and close sales agreements. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities. Provide feedback on customer preferences and market dynamics. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and referrals. Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project execution and service delivery. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Submit regular sales reports to management. Preferred candidate profile Proven experience in field sales, preferably in solar or renewable energy. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
