Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and frontline roles (Trainee Chefs, Stewards, etc.).Plan and execute mass hiring drives, campus placements, and mobilization from multiple locations.Coordinate with training partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to meet manpower targets.Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.Maintain hiring trackers, MIS reports.
Individual Contribution role
36 years of experience in bulk hiring / mass recruitment, preferably in the hospitality, QSR, retail, or manpower staffing sectors
Strong field sourcing experience and network across regionsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills
