Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Hiring

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-level and critical roles across functions (Leasing, Sales, Projects, Finance, HR, Corporate).
  
• Partner with business heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and role expectations.
  
• Develop sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, and direct headhunting.
  
• Screen profiles, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate technical/managerial rounds.
  
• Drive offer negotiations, closures, and onboarding coordination.
  

2. Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Act as a SPOC for assigned departments and ensure timely hiring.
  
• Manage recruitment vendors/consultants, track performance, and control costs.
  
• Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  

3. Recruitment Metrics & Process Improvement

• Track and report recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, source effectiveness).
  
• Maintain recruitment MIS and dashboards.
  
• Continuously improve hiring processes, interview frameworks, and assessment methods.
  

4. Employer Branding & TA Initiatives

• Support employer branding initiatives on LinkedIn and job portals.
  
• Participate in campus hiring, job fairs, and referral programs.
  
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies and documentation standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 47 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (in-house or consultancy).
  
• Strong experience hiring mid-level roles; real estate or corporate hiring preferred.
  
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  
• Hands-on with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions.
  
• Analytical mindset with exposure to recruitment MIS and reporting.
