Job Title: Assistant Manager – Real EstateLocation: Noida Sector 6Company: South Bay Business Consulting Pvt. Ltd.

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager to join our Real Estate team. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle client inquiries and provide property solutions based on their requirements.Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and market research.Manage end-to-end sales cycle – from prospecting to closing deals.Guide and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.Conduct site visits, property presentations, and negotiations.Ensure proper documentation and legal compliance for property transactions.Coordinate with management for business planning and strategies.

Requirements

:Graduate or above in any stream (MBA preferred).3–5 years of experience in real estate sales/management (freshers with strong skills may also apply).Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to lead a team and achieve targets.Good knowledge of the Noida real estate market is a plus.Note: Vehicle is mandatory for male candidates.
