Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager (Real Estate) located in Noida. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing properties, administering leases, handling commercial real estate transactions, and ensuring compliance with lease agreements. Daily tasks include overseeing lease administration, negotiating lease terms, and coordinating with stakeholders to manage real estate assets efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Property Management and Lease Administration
• Experience with Leases and Real Estate
• Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate transactions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
