Assistant Manager - Quality Control

Job Title: Executive / Officer – Regulatory Affairs (Cosmetics & Ayurvedic Products)

Location: Jodhpur
Experience: 2–5 years (Cosmetics / Ayurvedic / Personal Care industry preferred)

About the Role:

Are you passionate about compliance and documentation in the cosmetics or ayurvedic industry?
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our products meet all regulatory standards — from WHO and GMP to FSSAI, AYUSH, and Cosmetic guidelines — while supporting exciting new product developments (NPD).

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and maintain product documents as per WHO, GMP, FSSAI, AYUSH, and Cosmetic requirements.
• Ensure all documents and submissions follow proper format and standardization.
• Work closely with the NPD, Quality, Production, and R&D teams to ensure smooth regulatory approvals.
• Handle product license applications, renewals, and related correspondence.
• Stay updated with modern cosmetic regulations and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Support the team during audits and inspections.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs for Cosmetics / Ayurvedic / Herbal products.
• Strong understanding of WHO-GMP, FSSAI, AYUSH, and Cosmetic regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
• A proactive approach with attention to detail and teamwork.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
