Assistant Manager - Quality Control

As a Quality Assurance & Control Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards and maintaining process quality. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting audits and analyzing defects to identify root causes - Implementing corrective actions to improve processes - Leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with suppliers - Maintaining SOPs, quality manuals, and regulatory documentation - Utilizing Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5S methodologies for process improvement - Communicating effectively and providing leadership in training and guiding teams To qualify for this role, you should have: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance and control - Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and provident fund.
