Requirements -

  1. Experience

    : Minimum 7 years in

    Quality Assurance, Quality Audit, Team Leading

    within

    UK insurance Operations domain.

  2. Skills

    : Expertise in Quality Assurance methodologies, a proven track record of improving QA processes, strong analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  3. Deep knowledge of insurance practices in the financial services sector.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder expectations.
  5. Proficiency in relevant tools, technologies, and software for Quality Assurance.
  6. Certification in QA or related fields will be a plus.
