Key Deliverables: Oversee end-to-end victualling and catering operations for assigned merchant vessels Ensure cost-effective provisioning aligned with quality and nutrition standards Lead and mentor catering and procurement teams for optimal performance Prepare MIS reports and maintain compliance with budgetary controls and SOPs Role Responsibilities: Sanction shipboard provision orders and control on-board housekeeping quality Conduct ship visits and audits for catering, hygiene, and storage conditions Handle customer grievance redressal and strengthen owner satisfaction Drive internal training, cost optimization, and continuous process improvement
