Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for an Operations Officer , offering the flexibility to work both on-site and remotely. The Operations Officer is responsible for overseeing and supporting the efficient execution of daily operational activities across the organization. The role involves coordinating workflows, monitoring performance metrics, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, and contributing to the optimization of operational processes. The Operations Officer works closely with cross-functional teams to support business continuity, improve service delivery, and enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing documentation, analyzing operational data, identifying areas for improvement, and providing guidance to teams to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on schedule. The role also includes supporting inventory and resource management, assisting in the implementation of operational strategies, and facilitating communication between departments to ensure alignment and smooth execution of tasks. By maintaining strong oversight and delivering reliable operational support, the Operations Officer helps strengthen organizational performance and ensures consistent, high-quality operations.
